Our COVID-19 Safety Measures and Important Changes

Hello ghost tour guests!
Daily changes are happening in our world, and we are all trying to hang in there, and we sure hope you all are doing well. We are all hoping for the best, but preparing for the worst. And right now, it’s looking worse.

Houston has issued another stay-at-home order, which means our Houston tour is closed, temporarily. With this happening, I thought it would be a good idea to use the blog as way to post all COVID-19 related updates in one place, so as to make it easier on those of you who are looking at going on a ghost tour soon. I will come back and edit this page and its contents as the COVID situation develops.

Here are our COVID-19 related Frequently Asked Questions:
Are you open? We are open and available for small tours and private party tours in our Old Town Spring location. Of course, that could change day to day, so we ask that you check your email regularly in case we have to inform you of any changes.
What locations are available? The only tour location we have currently available and open is Old Town Spring. All other locations are closed until further notice. We will reopen each other city once their restrictions are lifted.
Can I book a tour for my family so we don’t have to join the crowd? Yes! Just contact us on the Private Tours page, or the Contact page, and we will get one set up for you.
How many people are you allowing on the tour? Groups of 10 people or less only at this time.

Our COVID-19 safety measures:
We are outside the entire time. Your tour guide will have a mask on, and you can remain 6 feet away from them while checking in. To check in, simply tell your guide your name. We want everyone to be able to socially distance themselves from others, so we ask everyone to stand 6 feet apart from those not in your group. We require all guests to wear a mask while on tour. Our tours will be limited to small groups or families only.

We are diligently updating our website and contacting you as much as possible without overwhelming you, so that as this situation develops, you are in sync with our policies. Thank you so much for keeping up with Houston Ghost Tour, and we look forward to seeing you on tour very soon!
