Noted by our guests for giving them chills down their spines, our ghost tour of Houston’s Hermann Park is a chilling glimpse inside the ghostly stories of this part of Texas. Visit the Whispering Wall, and whisper secrets to your friends. Watch as bats fly overhead, and look out onto poltergeist bridge. But Be Warned
This tour is not for the faint of heart! You can expect a spooky evening stroll while you search for the unknown whispers left behind by the long departed. Use your discretion. The EVPs captured on tour can be vulgar. The park is not a place for young souls to linger after it gets dark, so we recommend that everyone attending is at least age of 17 or older.
What to expect:
– Meet your guide in a haunted town
– Walk to different haunted hot-spots along a predetermined route
– Free-style: Move along, or stay in each spot as long as you like
– Get one-on-one instruction and direction from your guide
– Visit locations not seen on any other tour

The Ghost Hunt is an interactive search for contact with spirits, where your guide will assist you in using tools and techniques to find evidence of contact. You will learn some information and history along the way, however, it is more or less detailed depending on how deep the investigation gets. You and your guide will work together.
The Ghost Tour is a historical walking tour of haunted areas around town, which is a very detailed and in depth experience of historical entertainment. Though there are some interactive spots, for the most part you are listening to your storytelling guide while visiting the outside of each haunted building. Your guide is your main entertainment.

Ghost Hunt Disclaimers:
We cannot guarantee that ghosts will make contact with you, just like we cannot guarantee that you will go on our tours.
Every now and then there are nights where there isn’t much contact or readings. This is to be expected, as ghosts were once living beings, and can choose to speak or stay silent.
However, this is the #6 most haunted old west town in the US, so there is no shortage of haunted activity.
We do have experiences 96% of the time while we are on our hunts, but due to the rare chance that the spirits remain quiet as the dead, we have to let you know. In the rare case that this happens, you will have the opportunity to reschedule your ghost hunt for another night!
See full site disclaimers here.
We do not go inside any buildings on our Ghost Hunt due to liability issues. Any hunts of internal structures will be announced on our Events page, as well as at our Seances. This hunt is entirely outdoors.
This is a fun and entertaining experience, and Houston Ghost Tour does not claim to own or offer absolute proof to represent that ghosts or entities are in fact, real. We encourage you to decide for yourself according to your best beliefs.
Why we don’t “release” the ghosts of Old Town Spring.
We at Houston Ghost Tour do not believe in “releasing” or “exorcising” the spirits of Old Town Spring. We strongly believe in the historical importance of leaving sites as natural and organic as they come, and thus we believe it is not our duty to release said entities. We respect our ancestors, predecessors, and elders, and therefore believe that we should not interfere with their choice to remain to “haunt” an area.
Unless directly requested to do so by law enforcement, shop owners, or property owners, we do not condone doing so. This is an activity lead by highly trained and educated individuals, and is in no way our desire to do any of the above removals during our conducted tours and activities.
