R-Rated Ghost Tour – Recommended for ages 13 and up, but all ages welcome. We don’t hold our tongue and tell you all the dastardly deeds and gory details. Minimum of 3 people to book during our regular season, and 10 people during peak season. Deposit of minimum required tickets confirms your reservation. Maximum of 250 guests. Our ghost hunt takes you to all the best haunted hot-spots to get you connected to first-hand experiences with spirits. Minimum of 3 people to book during our regular season, and 10 people during peak season. Deposit of minimum required tickets confirms your reservation. Maximum of 30 guests. Tarot Tea Party – Recommended for ages 13 and up. Availability varies. Gather your friends and learn how to read tarot cards, tea leaves, and get a personalized reading with one-on-one instruction. Snack on delicious food, and enjoy the quaint atmosphere of the Tea Kettle Café in Old Town Spring, Texas. Read more about the Tarot Tea Party here.
Pricing: There is a $550 minimum deposit required to hold the venue, of which $150 deposit is non-refundable. The deposit payment will allow any amount up to 14 people, with per person pricing for any additional people up to 20. Per person pricing varies depending on food choices, and will be anywhere from $35 to $50 per person. Menu choices will be discussed upon reservation.
Private Séance – For ages 17 and up only. Special request. Availability varies. Gather around a long table at the Tea Kettle Café with your closest friends and delve deep into the spiritual world. Pricing: A $550 deposit is required, with $150 of it being non-refundable. The deposit holds the venue, and seats up to 14. We can hold up to 20 people. Bus Tours
Bus tours are made available by precinct 3, and can hold up to 60 people. Please allow up to 2 weeks notice before booking in order for us to secure a bus for your party. Price is $40 per person. -
48 Hour Booking Policy: Once your tour request has been submitted, we will create a personalized link that you can use to book your private tour. You can use this link to purchase all tickets yourself, or share the link with friends if everyone in your group will be purchasing their own tickets. Your booking link is valid for 48 hours, and we will only be able to guarantee any quotes, offers, details, and dates for that time. If your party has not met the required deposit by the 48 hour mark, your link will expire, and you will need to make a new request.
Deposits: We require a deposit of the minimum required amount of tickets to hold the tour. The amount due will be determined by group size and availability. For example, if you have a party of 20 but aren’t sure how many will actually attend, we require the purchase of at least 6 tickets to hold the tour, and this acts as your deposit. If your private tour is for less than 6 people, all tickets will need to be purchased at one time in order to reserve the tour.
Cancellations: Our general cancellation policy applies to our private tours. Any cancellations that cannot be refunded will be rescheduled for any time you like. -
