    Choose your tour type. There are age requirements for some of our events. Family tours are for all ages, where the r rated tour is recommended for ages 13 and up. Ghost Hunts are recommended for ages 14 and up. Bus tour is for all ages.

Private Group Tour Pricing Information

Halloween Season 
September 15th thru November 5th
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – Ghost Tours & Ghost Hunt – All Locations
10 person minimum to book.
Deposit can be paid all at one time or individually if each person is going to buy their own ticket. Deposit is 10 tickets to secure a private tour on a weekday during peak season, and must be paid within 24 hours of booking link being sent. Any remaining tickets needed can be purchased any time before the tour starts. There is no maximum amount of people you can have on the tour, just be sure to let us know an estimated head count at least 24 hours before tour time so we can make sure we have adequate staff to accommodate you. Don’t worry! If you end up unable to meet our minimum requirement, we will move your reservation to the public tour. Use the request form above to book now, or call us today!

Friday & Saturday – Ghost Tours & Ghost Hunts – All Locations
25 person minimum to book.
Deposit can be paid all at one time or individually if each person is going to buy their own ticket. Deposit is 25 tickets to secure a private tour on a Friday or Saturday in peak season, and must be paid within 24 hours of booking link being sent. Any remaining tickets needed can be purchased any time before the tour starts. There is no maximum amount of people you can have on the tour, just be sure to let us know an estimated head count at least 24 hours before tour time so we can make sure we have adequate staff to accommodate you. Don’t worry! If you end up unable to meet our minimum requirement, we will move your reservation to the public tour. Use the request form above to book now, or call us today!

Yearly Available Tours 
November 6th 2024 thru September 14th 2025
